Sephora | Haul
There has been numerous launches at Sephora these last two months that I just couldn't take it anymore. Yes, I was drawn to Sephora like a moth to a light. Picking up some newness and some oldies but goodies made for a very successful Sephora shopping spree.
The biggest launch that I wanted to check out was Rhianna's Fenty Beauty collection. I spent a good amount of time swatching absolutely everything. After swatching multiple different products covering every square inch of my arms, I decided on the Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter in Lightning Dust and Fire Crystal. Highlighters are something I somehow can never have enough. I use them almost every day and this formula went on like a dream. The soft shimmer highlight is smooth to the touch and does not enhance any texture on the skin. Hands down my new favorite highlighter.
This baby size setting spray is PERFECT for oily skin. It is refreshing and mattifying. I bought the travel size because I find myself on the go a lot and simply could not do without.
This guy was picked up in the aisle of doom near checkout (JK it is one of my favorite places in Sephora). I have yet to try this out, but I hope it does wonders for my large pores.
Benefit is a great go-to brand for everything brow related. I really enjoy the shape of this brow pencil. It has a unique teardrop shape that dispenses via a twist. I am able to shape and define my brows with the edge of the pencil. To fill in the wider gaps in my brows, I use the width of the pencil. I purchased 03 Medium, which is a little too warm toned for me. I will definitely be buying 04 next as it is a neutral or cooler toned brown. Even though I am blonde, I like having a darker brow to create more contrast on my skin.
Marc Jacobs Beauty released a couple new color ranges to their Eye-Conic Palettes and they are incredible. I chose Scandalust because I have never been too adventurous when it comes to berry-toned eye shadows. However, this eye-catching palette has me very inspired to create a warm smokey eye this holiday season. The formula is very buttery and blends effortlessly-even more so than the original color ranges. This was by far my favorite buy for the day.
I currently own about six or seven Bite lipsticks. Which tells you that out of all the lipsticks that I have tried, luxury or drugstore, Bite lip products are the best. Food grade formula, wide-array of colors, and chic packaging are just a few reasons I rave about Bite Beauty. I'm all about the liquid lipstick trend. However, the over-drying, show every line in your lips isn't all that pretty. These liquid lipstick are different. They do not dry down matte, but have a moisturizing creamy finish. This mauvey brown hue is high pigmented and can be worn with or without lip liner. I already know this will be my lips' BFF this fall/winter.
I hope you enjoyed my Sephora Haul, let me know what fall beauty launches you are eyeing!
